With a variety of Funcar's based on the KTM X-Bow have attracted the attention of the guys around the Wimmer Rennsporttechnik (RST) team in recent months. But now the tuner has published a project that we absolutely have to show you and that is also a fun car but is definitely more compatible in everyday life than the KTM. For the tuning, a Porsche 911 (997) Turbo Cabrio was used as the base vehicle, but it was already in a league of its own with its 480PS and lush 620NM torque. After the tuning cure that the 911 was allowed to endure, the "own league" is still there, but should easily be set two floors higher. After the Wimmer cure, the Turbo Cabrio is much more exciting, more individual and also more dynamic than the production version and destroys every hairstyle within 10,1 seconds, because after this time it is already at a speed of 200! If you are thinking of buying a used 997 in the future or already own one, Wimmer Rennsporttechnik is definitely an interesting starting point when it comes to differentiating the vehicle from the production model.
