An Airride air suspension in the legendary Nissan Skyline GT-R? What is for many an absolute no-go is met with a lot of encouragement. We join the second category because we also find this Skyline R34 GT-R V-Spec II conversion in Bayside Blue very successful. The vehicle was photographed by Dino Dalle Carbonare who is regularly on the road for the Speedhunters magazine. You could see the skyline on the past StanceNation event and next to the air suspension, of course, the wheelset immediately catches the eye. Installed are multipart Work Wheels S1 forged wheels with a huge copper-colored step bed that is especially convincing with the Shadow-high-gloss chrome-plated surface.

The rim star, however, is dull black and allows a glimpse of the modified sports brake system with gold-colored calipers. The rest of the body is only very subtly modified. The GT-R received a set widened front fender including gills, a new front bumper spoiler lip and also modified side skirts. At the rear of the Japanese sportsman with V-Spec II rear wing and a diffuser attachment for the rear apron. And the taillights are new. They carry the look of the series lights, but are equipped with modern LED technology. In addition one removed still the trunk lock as well as the Nissan emblem and not missing was naturally a sport exhaust system.

Installed is a custom built system with a large tailpipe on the left stainless steel. And the interior is also changed very discreetly. There is a new gear knob, white dials from the Nismo and a double DIN navigation unit. On the other hand, the chosen location for the air tank of the Airride air suspension is rather special. It was installed between the front seats instead of the usual luggage compartment.

So that everyone sees that an Airride is installed

And under the bonnet is likely to have done something synonymous. The visible intercooler is definitely not the serial component and what would a skyline without an increase in performance? It's just part of it! Unfortunately, we have no specific information available for this at the moment. If we receive timely information, there is of course as always an update for this report.
