In 2024, Lotus launched Lotus Chapman Bespoke, a service that enables the individual design and personalization of Lotus vehicles. The service is named in honor of founders Colin & Hazel Chapman and encompasses three main themes: Bespoke, Collection and Unique. This gives customers the opportunity to build their own, unique Lotus. The service initially launched in China on April 25, 2024 and will be rolled out globally over time. Clive Chapman, son of the founder and director of Classic Team Lotus, and Qingfeng Feng, CEO of the Lotus Group, emphasize the deep connection of the in-house tuning department with the heritage and philosophy of Lotus.
