This Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupé (C 167) has just received a luxurious overhaul by the Carlex Design team. The renowned automotive refinement company has unveiled a comprehensive interior and exterior package priced to rival that of a brand new Mercedes-Benz E-Class. The exterior modifications are mainly limited to a unique, two-tone metallic paintwork in brown and orange, which gives the GLE a classy and at the same time eye-catching aesthetic. Carlex have also replaced the factory Mercedes badges with their own logos, further personalizing the upgrade. Anyone interested in these external changes should plan for a processing time of around 20 days and costs of around €16.500 (excluding taxes).

And for those who want an extra touch of exclusivity, Carlex also offers an optional set of 23-inch brushed-finish alloy wheels. However, these cost an additional €11.000, but perfectly complement the external appearance of the GLE Coupe. Inside the GLE, Carlex has used an exquisite selection of fine leather in two shades of brown, reminiscent of the SUV's exceptional paintwork. The upper parts of the door panels and the dashboard as well as the lower parts, the seats, the center console and the steering wheel are freshly upholstered with the premium leather. Special accents in the interior are also set by Carlex logos that adorn certain elements. The finishing of the cabin takes about five days and costs a whopping €32.000.
Tuning worth a new E-Class
In total, the cost of the whole package, including interior and exterior modifications, is €56.500 excluding taxes. According to Carlex, the turnaround time for the major upgrade is around 20 days. It is interesting that the conversion package is apparently suitable for all versions of the GLE Coupe. This also includes the high-performance variants AMG GLE 53 Coupe and AMG GLE 63 S Coupe. With the Carlex design upgrade, you can raise the exclusivity and individuality of the Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe to a new level without having to forego performance and quality.
