It's no secret that three-axle vehicles are becoming increasingly popular. And now we have the first variant with more than two axes based on the new one Land Rover Defender (L663) discovered. According to our information, the vehicle with the chassis number SALEWEEEXP2124555 already has 690 miles (approx. 1.110 km) on the odometer and is located at South Florida Jeeps currently for sale in the USA. Of course we would like to present the vehicle to you today, even if we only have rendering photos of the monster. Unfortunately, we also do not know the price at which the off-roader is to change hands.

Expedition vehicle of the finest quality!

Many Defender models are used for tough off-road operations and this very special Landy is ideal for this. With its three drive axles, it easily digs through rough terrain and makes a powerful impression on the road. The color scheme in gray, black and gold is striking. Apparently, the model is based on the long four-door Defender Autobiography -110 variant. gigantic fender flares and a practical platform also found their way to the robust British.

All-terrain tires missing just as little as a massive one Brush Guard at the frontline. Curiously, the rendering shows a huge spare tire on the hood, obscuring most of the driver's forward view. Such a configuration is likely to prove impractical. The Foot Rests are so massive they could have come off a truck, and the LED position lights on the roof make clear the car's expedition credentials.

A 5-liter V8 drives the three-axle vehicle!

The Land Rover Defender 6 × 6 Carpathian V8 appears to be powered by a 5 liter eighth engine which is believed to still be producing around 400bhp. However, we do not have any more precise data on the performance, driving performance and top speed of the colossus. All we know is that all three axles are powered because the vehicle has permanent four-wheel drive. In other words, the additional axle is not just for show.

Our conclusion:

  • As far away from a city car as the earth is from Mars, this hardcore off-roader is the ideal vehicle for going into the desert or on a big expedition. Unfortunately, we don't currently know why there are no real pictures of the finished vehicle. If we get more information, there will of course be an update for this report. You will be informed of this if you simply do ours Feed subscribe to. Have fun watching the pictures and stay true to us!
