The Jeep Gladiator is one of the most eye-catching pickups on the market, with a design that sets it apart from the rest. And the gladiator you see here is even flashier than most. This one is as Custom Bandit Edition known and the number 26 of a limited number of Bandit cars made by a tuner. Mecum Auctions will try to auction it off at the Indy sales event taking place May 12-20, where it's set to go for sale with no reserve price. The ad indicates that the vehicle is number 26 of the Gladiator Custom Bandit Edition vehicles. And it's also mentioned that he has even more mods over a normal gladiator aside from the looks.

A highlight, however, is the "Screaming Chicken" motif on the hood, which was made famous by the Pontiac Trans Am and can be seen in the beautiful bronze tone. Various other parts of the Gladiator are also bronze-colored, including the fog lamp surrounds, the wheel arch trims and along the doors, and there were even bronze-colored Jeep badging. It also has "Bandit" graphics on the hood and rear fenders. And the unmistakable touches continue in the interior, where the dashboard has been given a gold-colored paint finish, which even extends over the trim from the shifter.

Embroidered logos have also been incorporated into the headrests, and the for-sale ad indicates that the Jeep sits on accessory wheels with 38-inch off-road tires. The vehicle is also said to be the first "Bandit" model as a convertible. If we get more information, there is of course an update for this report.
