710 PS and RAYS Alus - the ultimate Mitsubishi EVO X

Hard to believe but this baby blue painted Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X MR it is as big as a fist. In addition to the relatively carefully changed look using the Runduce front spoiler, carbon canards, APR Performance Carbon GT rear wing and the ultra-light limited RAYS Volk Racing CE28 RT Black Edition rims on 265 / 35R18 Falken Azenis FK453 tires, it is particularly the powerful engine conversion , which makes a big difference compared to the series. As is known, the 4B11t works under the hood as the successor to the 4G63t with a displacement of 2 liters. But the engine has been significantly revised and has little in common with the series. In addition to a displacement expansion from 2,0 to 2,3 liters and a large BorgWarner EFR 9174 twin-scroll turbocharger, there were also forged pistons and connecting rods, a billet crankshaft, a DOHC 16-valve cylinder head with large valves and 270- Degree cams and a fuel system with a double petrol pump and 8 injectors.

measured 697,3 HP on the wheel

In combination with a MoTeC chip tuning engine management with M130 control unit and E888 module as well as some other minor changes, the engine now delivers almost 700 HP (about 710 PS) on the bike, which should correspond to an engine output of almost 800 hp. Acoustically, you can hear the extra power using a specially manufactured sports exhaust system with Varex rear silencer (4-inch) and shifting is now carried out with a Holinger MF-E10 6-speed gearbox that has been plugged into an ATS carbon triple clutch. The MoTeC control unit in the center console enables the traction and start control to be set, the boost level can be adjusted and the switching settings can also be adjusted. There was also a perfectly adapted ultra-widescreen MoTeC C1212 instrument cluster, which sits optimally in the OEM housing from the dashboard with special graphics.

with TEIN Flex Z coilover

And so that the potent load comes to a standstill again, the tuner installed PowertuneAustralia Dixcel sports brake pads and brake discs from the DBA 4000 series behind the mentioned CE28 RT Alus. Finally, we would like to mention the TEIN Flex Z coilover kit with whiteline stabilizers, which essentially rounds off the extensive changes to the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X MR. An incredible vehicle that, apart from the mighty rear wing, does not give a hint of the huge leap in performance and will cause a lot of big eyes when accelerating. If we receive timely information on further changes not previously mentioned, there is of course an update for this report.
