Have you ever heard of a Japanese exhaust manufacturer Sense brand heard? We honestly never have! But what the boys took with them to the Tokyo Motor Show 2020 has suddenly spread outside of Japan. Namely, there was a pitch black Toyota Crown Athlete whose entire rear section consists only of tailpipes and silencers. And the manufacturer has shown very similar exhaust systems in the past and apparently is not averse to them not only to build for show vehicles. Just imagine a German TÜV inspector if you drive up with such a system. In addition to other vehicles at the Sense Brand stand, the black Crown Athlete was definitely the most extreme.
Side pipes are just the beginning
Compared to the system at the rear, looking almost cautious, the Japanese sedan has received side pipes on the right and left in the style of a pickup. But that's not all! The Crown was given two silencers on both sides "outside" the apron with the look of a motorcycle muffler and four extremely large round pipes of a typical right / left sports exhaust system. The absolute highlight, however, is the central system with the design of a fighter jet with two huge stovepipes in the middle. That is a total of "12 tailpipes" which are all fully functional and connected to the engine. Incidentally, such a system is painstakingly handcrafted and is definitely of high quality and made of exclusive materials. But that definitely doesn't make it more beautiful! And that although the rest of the vehicle is quite successful. The Japanese received an all-round body kit including widened fenders, there was a new grille and pitch black headlights front and rear.

The rear apron is completely self-made and only the crazy rear spoiler is rather unsuitable. In view of the exhaust system, however, again justified. There is also a chrome wheelset, a significant lowering and the windows are completely darkened at the front and rear. We do not know what changes have been made to the engine. In view of the exhaust system, we assume at least 150.000 hp, which are hidden relatively inconspicuously under the standard hood ^^. As an exhibition and show vehicle, we find the idea sensational and the advertising effect is definitely successful.
