That's an idea. Away from tuning like the Black in Black BMW I8 or the version of Designer Richard James the company StaR Engines BV developed the "Jerr.e". What the classic petrol can is in a petrol vehicle is now the Jerr.e. for the BMW I8. This part is a portable charger that is powered "with gasoline"! What madness 😀

The StaR Engines BV team around the product Jerr.e has for the BMW I8 the following components in stock, all important details now follow:

  • portable generator
  • gasoline-powered
  • 5-liter fuel tank
  • patented - small size
  • low weight
  • 3D rotary engine
  • incomparable performance

If we have forgotten something you notice, then just tell us in the comment box. Should we also learn in the near future, new details about this tuning conversion, we will inform you of course in this post.

About Thomas Wachsmuth

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
