Video: M Performance M235i sound on the BMW 228i

Reading time <1 Min.

The current 2-liter turbo engine in the BMW 228i has an output of 245 hp and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque, and thus meets all requirements for a lot of driving pleasure. Advantage, the 228i is significantly cheaper than the M235i, both in terms of purchase and maintenance. A private tuner has now thought of installing the M Performance sports exhaust, which is intended for the BMW M235i. With a few adjustments, it all worked out. Ok, it's not a 6-cylinder sound but for a 4-cylinder the result is quite impressive.

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
