Carado Camper Van CV590 4 × 4 - with all-wheel drive into the outback!

The motorhome manufacturer Carado is celebrating its premiere this winter: the new Carado Camper Van CV590 4×4 is the first vehicle in the product range with all-wheel drive. For the first time in eleven years, Carado is using a Ford Transit as the base vehicle. The CV590 4×4 is now available as a special model EDITION24 in chroma blue. The manoeuvrable camper van not only cuts a fine figure in city traffic: Thanks to its powerful 170 hp and 4×4 drive, it maneuvers effortlessly even through the most difficult terrain and is well prepared for any weather. Especially in wet and cold seasons, this ensures additional driving stability, even on slippery curves, and maximum traction when starting off.

Safely on the road all year round thanks to 4×4

Julian Manz, Managing Director of Carado: “The CV590 4×4 camper van means a big step into the future for Carado. The Ford Transit as a basis creates space for new motorhome ideas. And thanks to the all-wheel drive, it has the potential to break new ground in the truest sense of the word. Our customers can look forward to new travel experiences in the future - no matter when, no matter where!"

New interior design with a modern look

The CV590 4×4 also has a number of innovations to offer in the interior over a length of 5,98 m. The camper van is presented in a harmonious, sand-grey color concept with ambient lighting above the gray seating area. At the rear, the vehicle has numerous storage areas and cupboards that run around the 1,92 or 1,89 m long and 1,47 m wide transverse bed. The folding door of the bathroom is also new as a functional and space-saving further development. In addition to the interior height of 1,99 m, the sloping kitchen unit, which has a 2-burner gas cooker and a 70 l refrigerator, which can be opened on both sides thanks to the double door hinge, ensures a generous feeling of space.

With the numerous optional extras, every camping fan can adapt the vehicle to their own taste and requirements. On request, a cable preparation for a solar system can be laid. Those who like to travel by bike will also be happy about a bike rack. In the shower, a wooden grate provides even more comfort, while in the living area, an optional seat bench conversion expands the number of sleeping places with a third bed. The standard equipped CV590 4×4 EDITION24 is available from €68.999. The camper van paves the way for further innovations at Carado. Camping fans can already look forward to partially integrated motorhomes based on Ford, which will soon be expanding the Carado range.

Of course, that wasn't the end of it!
