Free ECUs and ECU shipping service within Germany is a good thing for us!
In order to always enable you to have the best chip tuning and the best software optimization for your car, we would like to provide you with as many service options as possible. For us this means that you can not only have your vehicle tuned on site, but that we also offer you the opportunity to send us the control unit of your car.
We will of course be happy to explain to you in advance on the phone or by e-mail which points you have to consider when removing the engine control unit and where the part is actually located. Upon request, we will also give you instructions on how to pack the control unit.
You definitely have to contact us before sending the engine control unit so that we can ensure that your control unit can be reprogrammed as quickly as possible and sent back to you (90% on the day of delivery). As a rule, you should send the control unit in such a way that we receive it before 12 noon on the following working day, so it can be almost 100% guaranteed that your control unit will be on its way to you on the same day, of course OPTIMIZED.
After we have received the control unit, it will of course be processed according to the most modern optimization methods and the previously discussed software will be individually adapted and installed for your vehicle. In this way you get a tailor-made chip tuning.
Returns
We will of course initiate the return shipment as soon as possible and all important information on shipment tracking will be sent directly by email, so that you can find out where your control unit is at any time. Of course, there is also the option of receiving your package even faster via DHL Express (delivery the next day before 10 a.m.) or other shipping options, subject to a surcharge. The costs for standard return shipping within Germany are of course included (also for cash on delivery).
