Video: Luxury V8 Crate Engine vs. Low-budget V8!

This comparison, while strange, is a good idea, we think. He should show whether a budget tuning can be as effective as one expensive conversion. To do this, you install one on the one hand High end crate engine in one vehicle and on the other hand there is a V8 from the junkyard in the other car. The goal is: find out how big the difference is in terms of performance. The team from was responsible for the special project Donut Media, used as test vehicles two Nissan 350Z used and each installed a V8. The topic was already similar in other videos. Because one of the 350Z is equipped with expensive engine, brake and chassis components and the other with bargain parts. In the current video it is a GM 525 LS 6.2 crate engine worth approximately $20.000 and other components for about $10.000 that gets installed and the other 350 got an old one Chevy LQ9/Vortec V8 donated from a junkyard. The old engine is a 6,0 liter V8 with approx. 400 hp and the new engine performs about 430 PS. And which one is faster in the end? The video shows that!
