Being a Harley-Davidson fan is one thing, but how do you transport the bike to shows and events in style and comfort? Here comes this crazy one 1946 Chevrolet COE (Cab Over Engine/cabin over engine) in the game. It's basically a tuned one Harley van, which is causing a stir even before that Custom bike achieved the goal. COE trucks were never actually intended for the big show. As a rule, they were simple (but good) Work animals. But this Chevy has a crazy "tuning upgrade" receive. In a sense, it consists of two dump trucks, because their cabs were used to do this four-door Ekvivalent to build. Along with the bronze paint, the cabin houses a luxurious tan leather interior.

The interior not only shows a lot of leather, but also has one Air conditioning, Sound system with iPod and Bluetooth connection and electric windows included. The driver's cab sits on one Chassis in red with two tons of weight and a lot Chromium, as well as a fat one Doppelbereifung rear. The narrower one load area, which after the conversion was approx. 6 inches (approx. 15 cm) narrower is as ex works, is of course in manual work was created, as was the rest of the vehicle. It can be lowered to the ground in a “rollback style” using hydraulics. The loading area then pulls maximum two motorcycles (or ATV's) onto the loading area where they can be secured for transport.

Of course with a V8 under the hood!

The COE is powered by a Chevrolet V8 Crate engine of LSX series fired, but unfortunately we don't know the exact key data. However, we know that he is with one Turbo 400 gearbox is coupled. The one-off project lasted all of time 10 years and cost in total 700.000 US Dollars. The COE recently became one Mecum auction sold in Indianapolis, but at a significantly lower price. He changed for “just” 159.500 US Dollars the owner. We are excited to see whether weHarley truckWe'll see it in use soon, or whether it might be offered for sale again.
