Of course, the current Ford Bronco is a real eye-catcher! Still, in our opinion, nothing beats the good old classic Bronco. That particular 1974 Bronco Restomod-Specimen to be auctioned at the end of March is the best example of our statement. The stunning restomod will soon be available from Mecum Auctions auctioned and is the end result of a two-year restoration thoroughly. Of course, the body of the Bronco immediately stands out from the older production model, since the paintwork in Grabber Blue and White is not only absolutely perfect, but was also not available at the time.

Furthermore, the Bronco was equipped with a Wilwood disc brake system all round, there was a 3 inch (approx. 8 cm) Höherlegung, Bilstein shock absorbers, Method alloy wheels with BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A tires (35×12,5 inches) are also installed. And although it will hardly ever happen, the future owner of the Bronco can always take it off-road. Because the classic has all the prerequisites to perform perfectly when the going gets tough. And as with every good restomod, the drive train is of course completely new. It consists of a naturally aspirated 5,0-liter V8 from Ford Racing (Crate engine) mated to a 6R80 six-speed automatic transmission. There was also a two-speed dual-clutch transfer case and a Dana 44 front axle.
the cabin has also been upgraded
And the interior is just as beautiful as the exterior. All-new leather adorns the seats, while much of the dashboard and door panels are body-colored. Installed is an adjustable Ididit steering column with steering wheel and also Dakota Digital VH displays and a working Vintage AirAutomatic climate control are in. A new audio system is also on board. It will be interesting to see what amount the Restomod classic achieves.
