This Chevrolet 3100 Pickup we absolutely have to show you. The vehicle is currently for sale at a price of 79.995 US dollars and is already an impressive 72 years old. The Chevy was built from the ground up restauriert and painted in Evergreen in 2019. Legendary in this series are the large fenders all around, which of course are still there, and the unique piece also got a loading area made of solid Birch wood. Basically, the old lines and shapes of the original 3100 have been retained, but a few decorations have been removed. In the wheel arches, 18-inch chrome rims match the chrome details on the body. They are equipped with Kumho radial tires and the rear axle is still driven. However, no longer from the standard engine, but from now on from a V8 from the Chevy Silverado (and GMC Sierra) of the 2000 series. Specifically, it is the L33-V8 with a displacement of 5.326 cm³, which is connected to an automatic transmission.

According to the ad, the engine has been extensively revised, but at the same time it still has many original parts such as the aluminum cylinder heads, the hydraulic camshaft and the serpentine belt system. Inside the cabin, the 3100 impresses with a beautiful beige interior complete with a new bench seat and AM/FM/cassette sound system. It also features a custom steering wheel with a tilting Ididit steering column, a Lokar shifter and a redesigned dashboard with Classic Analogue instrument gauges.
