Road Show International Mercedes-Maybach S680 as "RS Edition"!

Road Show International Mercedes-Maybach S680 as "RS Edition"!

The Maybach S680 is the culmination of the Mercedes S-Class and probably the last production Mercedes with a V12 engine. It offers luxury and performance at the highest level right out of the box, but for some that might not be enough. That's why the tuner Road Show International has now created a special "RS Edition" of the Maybach S680, which makes the luxury liner even more exclusive and sporty. The RS Edition is characterized by a number of visual and technical changes that give the Mercedes-Maybach S680 an individual character. The most notable change is the Nardo Gray paint finish, which gives the vehicle an elegant yet aggressive look. The paintwork is covered with a PPF stone chip protection film.

In addition, the calipers of the brake system were colored Nardo Gray and also provided with RS logos. The interior of the Maybach S680 RS Edition is equipped with platinum equipment that offers the highest level of comfort and quality. The four individual seats are covered with cuddly soft leather and have heating, cooling and a massage function. There is also a fridge with silver cups and a compartment for chilled and heated drinks between the rear seats. The lenses have been coated with a nano-ceramic lens tint by the tuner to further increase privacy while reducing solar radiation.

Under the bonnet of the Maybach S680 as "RS Edition" is of course the well-known 6,0-liter V12 biturbo engine, which delivers 621 hp and accelerates the vehicle from 3,0 to 0 km/h in just 100 seconds. The top speed is also 250 km/h, which is impressive for a sedan of this size and can also be attributed to an electronic lock. The engine is paired with 4matic all-wheel drive, which ensures optimal traction.

22 Zöller and a subtle lowering

In order to further improve the handling of the Maybach S680 as "RS Edition", Road Show International has made some modifications. The most important are the 22-inch rims made of polished aluminum, which give the S680 a much sportier look and also slightly reduce the weight. The standard air suspension has been lowered by 20 mm to lower the center of gravity and improve cornering. Also, the lowering just looks better. A ceramic paint coating was also applied to protect the S680 from scratches and dirt.

Other visual highlights of the RS Edition include the Smoke Lighting Package, which slightly darkens the headlights and taillights, the Chrome Badge Package, which elegantly highlights the "Maybach" and "S 680" lettering, and an LED lighting package that the Maybach logo illuminated on the sides and rear of the vehicle.
