Toyota has created something special for fans of the GR Yaris: the Sebastien Ogier and Kalle Rovanpera special editions. The cars are not only a visual highlight, but are also new Driving modes. It is particularly noticeable Donut mode in the Rovanpera Edition and the “Morizo” mode in the Ogier edition. And the new models also differ visually from the normal GR Yaris, which recently received a major facelift. The color stands out in the Ogier Edition Matte Stealth Gray stands out, together with the blue brake calipers and sporty 18 inch BBS rims makes a strong impression. A special one Rally spoilers made of carbon-reinforced plastic and various stickers honoring Ogier's successes and his French homeland complete the picture.
Toyota GR Yaris Special Edition
The Rovanpera Edition is brighter and carries a tricolor racing livery, specific Logos and WRC badges. The rear wing is identical to that of the GRMN Yaris. Inside there are special ones in both Logos and various contrast stitching. There are exclusive, full TFT screens that show specific driving modes for each vehicle. The Morizo mode The Ogier Edition maximizes the propulsion of the wheels during acceleration and loosens it when braking. The SEB mode is designed to transfer more power to the rear wheels. The Rovanpera Edition however, has the one mentioned Donut mode, which enables control when drifting, and the KALLE mode, the one with another Rear differential ensures particularly dynamic cornering.

These special editions are only available in limited number of 200 vehicles - 100 per model - manufactured. However, interested parties must attend one Lotteries take part in the spring to have the chance to buy one of the cars. Unfortunately, the editions will probably not be available in Germany definitely not in America, as the GR Yaris is not sold there. Whoever is selected in the lottery will not only receive the car, but also VIP benefits such as the opportunity to meet the racing drivers. Nothing has been revealed about pricing yet, but the cars are expected to be slightly more expensive than a regular GR Yaris.

- TOYOTA GAZOO Racing-Badges on front doors and rear bumper
- Rovanperä Edition logo on the tailgate, more adjustable CFRP rear spoiler
- Inside: WRC badge on the dashboard, steering wheel stitching in Finnish national colors (blue/gray)
- Blue and gray stitching for seats as well as gearshift and handbrake boots
- mechanics: All-wheel drive modes: Donut, Kalle and Normal
- 1,6 liter turbocharged 3-cylinder with 280 DIN HP and 390 Nm
- 6 speed manual gearbox
