Jay Bullington from Saukville (near Milwaukee) is the owner of JXB Performance, a company that manufactures and sells performance parts for cars. And he now has an Audi A6 for one ice racing rebuilt. In fact, it's even an S6. The basis was a 2013 Audi S6 with a 4,0-liter BiTurbo V8, which received several changes to increase performance. underneath air intakes, a Sports exhaust system and Hybrid turbocharger and Chiptuning. The result are about 650 PS. And now it has become a car for an ice race. And the highlight of the visual changes is the piping at the front. It was made by a company that actually deals with roll cages employed. Efforts have been made to ensure that the front end retains a certain "OEM+" look, and apart from the angular ones Fenders, which provide enough space for studded tires, has even succeeded. Even an Audi-like one honeycomb grill is in. The new front is said to weigh around 91 kilograms and took around 200 hours to build. And the result? "We jumped through several snowdrifts and there is hardly a scratch' said Jay. Actually, he even wanted to build the front in such a way that it can still be exchanged with the original body parts. However, this plan was rejected.
