If there is an Audi that still arouses enthusiasm and admiration decades later, then it is certainly this one RS4 B5 Avant, Und @fltnmrk has exactly this model in a special form. It's not just about the car's powerful appearance, but also the love and craftsmanship that went into every inch. The RS4 from @fltnmrk dates from the year 2000 and the well-known buzzes under the hood 2.7 V6 bi-turbo engine. But thanks to first-class tuning, it is now performing impressively well 551 PS and 720 NM. For comparison: In the standard version, it “only” has 381 hp. The upgrade was due to a variety of modifications reached, including one E85 fuel tuning, a Intercooler by Wagner Tuning, a Pierburg petrol pump, Bosch ev14 injectors, a 3bar map sensor and one BMC sports air filter. But what would such a monster be without the right sound? The Exhaust System by Ferrita gives you goose bumps!
Audi RS4 Avant (B5)
With 3 inch downpipes and an 3,5 inch cat-free piping, which in a left-sided rear silencer ends with two chrome-plated tailpipes, it promises an acoustic experience in a class of its own. And the chassis also leaves nothing to be desired. A BC Racing coilover suspension, combined with H&R stabilizers and an rear axle reinforcement by 034Motorsport made of billet aluminum, ensures perfect road holding. Fittingly, the wheel hubs are 20×10,5 inches Rims by IW Automotive/Ispiri FF36, encased by Hankook tires in 265/25-20 format. In order to bring the brute force safely to a standstill again, the RS Avant has one Bremsanlage from the RS4 B7 on the front axle, with a mighty 365 mm slices and 8-piston calipers. Rear put perforated Brake discs by Zimmerman and Stoptech brake pads zusammen mit Steel braided brake lines the final point.
Speed that inspires!
The modifications would only make half as much impression without impressive performance numbers. The tuned RS4 Avant manages the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just once 3,5 to 4 seconds and the 100-200 km/h mark will be reached after only 7,1 seconds reached. And if you put your foot down on the gas pedal, you can top speed from far above 300 km/h experience. In summary, @fltnmrk with his Misano Red RS4 B5 Avant has created a true masterpiece that is second to none in terms of both appearance and performance.
