First in yellow and now in black! What am I talking about? End 2015 we have this bright yellow Audi RS4 B8 Avant on VPS-306 Alu's presented and today comes another RS4 which was also put on Vossen Forged Precision Series VPS-306 rims. With the current vehicle, however, the visual appearance is much more restrained because in contrast to the bright yellow 2015 copy, this RS4 is painted in a simple black. Incidentally, the exact dimensions of the rims are 20 × 10,5 inches at the front and rear. In connection with the simple silver finish, the combination couldn't be more noble. In order for the wheel set to fit so precisely and present in the wheel arch, of course, a significant lowering must be made. We don't have any information about it, but it is difficult to assume that a coilover kit has been installed here.
Front there was for the standard RS4 bumper still a spoiler lip from the house AH Exclusive the silver is discontinued and visually linked to the rear bumper and the classic RS mirror caps. Other changes include a completely black grille including black painted Audi emblem and at the rear, the emblem was completely removed. Reminder: The RS4, which is about to be replaced, has a V8 high-speed engine with a displacement of 4,2 liters that is based on that of the previous model, the B7. However, the engine has been revised and in the B8 delivers a whopping 331 kW (450 hp) at 8250 rpm. At the same time, the motor delivers a maximum of 1NM torque that is available over the speed range from 430 to 4000 min − 6000. The same engine has been offered in the RS1 Coupé since 2010 and after more than 5 years the time should have come to retire it.
The rest, however, haven't really aged. The body is still an absolute eye-catcher and especially the widened fenders are a noticeable feature compared to a "normal" A4 Avant. Further details that only the RS has are exterior mirrors in aluminum look, oval exhaust tailpipes in the modified bumper with integrated diffuser at the rear, enlarged air inlets at the front, xenon light with LED daytime running lights and LED rear lights as well as a set of 19 inchers which, however, are replaced here by the Vossen Alu's has been. There isn't much more to say about the car so we leave it with the pictures.
