have a lot to do with each other BMW M4 F82 and the Dodge challenger hellcat not really. Although both are performance vehicles, they are fundamentally completely different. And in series production, the American muscle car is even far superior to the German sports coupé in terms of performance. But the M4 from the video is no ordinary M4, as the engine has been massively increased in performance. The video is from the YouTuber "Sam CarLegion' and shows a drag race between the two vehicles. Several comparisons are made over the quarter mile. The Hellcat comes standard and of course has the supercharged 6,2-liter V8 with immense 717 PS and 884 Newtonmeter under the hood.

And the M4 of the F82 generation? After the tuning, its six-cylinder in-line engine with a displacement of 3,0 liters now generates impressive power 650 PS and 746 Nm. That's still a fair bit less than the Dodge, but with a curb weight of 2.017 kilograms it's a whopping 4 kg heavier than the M327. In addition, the M4 F82 has a fast dual clutch automatic. And the Bavarian coupe from 2015 even stands up racing tires. Is a bigger and more powerful engine enough to beat the M4? The video gives the resolution.
