To be honest, we would not have expected that the BMW i2013 presented in 8 would meet with as much response from the tuning and fan community as it is currently. We were of the opinion that an extremely sporty looking coupe with a 1,5 liter (170 kW) R3 petrol engine + 96 kW electric motor should come from Hyundai, Toyota & Co., but not represent a sporty BMW!
But that is exactly the case and the plug-in hybrid system of the i8 is not only extremely effective with its 362 PS system performance & all-wheel drive, but also really popular despite the high price of at least € 126.000. And of course that is also reflected in the tuning scene. We have already presented you with countless modified i8s and now it comes from the rim label Elite Design Concepts on this.
A beautiful specimen that stands out for its matte black body, combined with many orange accents. The highlight is definitely the 22 inch big Elite Design Concepts Challenged forged wheels Wheel set in a chic matt bronze which optimally fills the wheel arches thanks to a significant lowering. On the front axle, the rims carry 22 × 9,5 inch format and the rear axle is stocked with lush 22 × 11,5 inchers.
The rest of the i8 has been left in peace and so no new aerodynamic parts were installed on the body. The combination of the matt black body, in conjunction with the new wheelset, is enough to stand out clearly from the production car and still there is the certain understatement available that the i8 simply needed to not negative and seem prollig.
Of course, if we get more details about unknown changes to this i8, there is, as always, an update to the report. It is best to subscribe to our feed and if there is something new you will get in touch immediately. We wish you a lot of fun watching the pictures.
