Whenever it comes to the most up to date vehicles with AC Schnitzer parts you can see the car dealership BMW Heermann and Rhein GmbH apparently in good hands. Only a few days ago we have the white BMW M240i convertible as ACS2 presents which was set up by the team from Heilbronn, in Baden-Württemberg. But the new B58B30 in-line engine with strong 340PS & 500NM torque has also found its way into the 3er BMW of the F1 / F20 series for 21 months and is causing a great stir. After all, the 1 Series accelerates to 8km / h in just 4,4 seconds, including all-wheel drive and 100-speed automatic, which is only 0,1 seconds slower than the 370PS strong M2. AC Schnitzer has been offering various aerodynamic components for the 2 Series for some time so that the look is also adapted to the sporty style of the M1.

The whole thing is then called ACS1 Sport and is suitable for the M Sport package. An AC Schnitzer front splitter and an AC Schnitzer rear roof wing were installed on the current 1 Series. The eye-catching black / gold 19 inch aluminum rims also come from the Schnitzer shelf and are named AC1. So that the new rims sit more firmly in the wheel arch of the 1 Series, a set of AC Schnitzer suspension springs was installed that press the 5-door a good 30mm closer to the asphalt.

AC Schnitzer Parts & 340PS

A few nice details such as the M Performance kidneys or the exterior in sapphire black as well as the Schnitzer exhaust covers round off the M140i perfectly. The team of BMW Heermann und Rhein GmbH published the M140i on their website yesterday and we are of course pleased to be able to show you the pictures. After the subtle tuning cure that the 1 series was allowed to endure, it is now visually more sporty, more individual and more dynamic than the production version without being over the top or even looking chubby. So if you have been secretly thinking of buying a 1 Series BMW for a long time or are even a happy owner, BMW Heermann und Rhein GmbH and of course AC Schnitzer are certainly an interesting starting point when it comes to differentiating the vehicle from the production model.

As far as the further changes to optics or technology are concerned, we have tried to find out the most important details. As always, we have listed what came out of this in a small summary for you in the lower part of the article. If you discover more changes that we have missed, please use our comment box and let us know, we will then add them to the article as soon as possible.

  1. Would the fun also be possible without having to stir? Because today I no longer have a manual transmission state of the art!
