We still cannot fully understand BMW's current model policy. While a BMW M240i with B58B30 TwinPower-Turbo in-line six-cylinder sends a whopping 340PS & 500NM torque to the rear wheels, the same motor in the larger 4-series BMW has to get by with 326PS & 450NM torque. Of course, the powerful 2 Series as an all-wheel drive variant and with 8-speed automatic flies to 4,4 km / h in just 100 seconds and the 4 Series needs 4,9 seconds for it. Ok, the so-called has been around for a short time BMW M performance power and sound kit which is available for all body variants from the 3-series sedan to the 4-series Gran Coupé and in turn elicits up to 58PS & 30NM torque from the B360B500 engine. Somehow this whole "Options History“In my eyes, however, extremely confusing and confusing and in the end just one more reason to coax an additional € 3.000 from the buyer. Or how do you see that? Anyway ... The team from TVW Car Design from Crailsheim in Baden-Württemberg just had an F32 440i on site and quickly redesigned the 4 Series to become the M440i. The F32 is now significantly lower thanks to a KW coilover kit of the 3 Plus variant with TVW set-up in terms of compression and rebound. The alloy wheels have also been replaced and so the Munich-based driver now rolls on 20 inch Z-Performance Wheels ZP09 in Gun Metal that are equipped with Michelin Super Sport UHP tires.

20 inch & KW chassis

The built-in carbon spoiler kit on the front and rear, which comes from 3DDesign in the USA and is a nice alternative to the BMW M Performance parts, is particularly chic. The new and significantly more dynamic look should of course also be heard and so the 4 Series got an Akrapovic Evolution Line sports exhaust system fitted with an AWRON valve control module. A set of black kidneys and gills rounds off the elegant coupe perfectly and the owner should have a lot of fun with the 4 Series in the future. The TVW team released the 440i the days and we are of course pleased to be able to show you the pictures. So if you have been thinking of buying a current 4 Series Coupe for a long time or are even happy owners, TVW is definitely an interesting starting point when it comes to individually differentiating the vehicle from the production model. And for all those who are not necessarily located near the tuner, the vehicle may serve as a tuning template for the tuning partner on site.
