Can you still remember the completely crazy 5er sedan on 20 inch big Vossen VLE-1 alloy wheels recall? The entire vehicle was wrapped in a gold / chrome Vollfolierung and also got some aerodynamic parts and missed an extreme lowering by means of Airride air suspension. This is now almost a year ago and for the year 2018 has the owner Lord McDonnell decided to give the 5er a new wheel set. Again he decided to buy rims from the Vossen Wheels shelf and this time 20 had big VFS-1 wheels with a dark gray finish.
This wheel also sits thanks to the extreme lowering by Airride air suspension down to the last millimeter in the wheel well and this combination seems somehow completely crazy but yet fitting. The rest of the vehicle is obviously almost unchanged from the version of a year ago which means that here are the carbon spoiler lip including side flaps, the spoiler lip on the tailgate, the small roof spoiler and the sporty rear diffuser are installed. Fittingly, there were many dark accents in the form of black kidneys, mirror caps or a completely foiled roof. Even the often disdained headlight covers in black seem somehow good on this vehicle.
The 5er is rounded off with red brake calipers and additional LED daytime running lights in the front bumper, and the rear reflectors in the rear bumper are also covered with gold foil.
