Somehow the plan was different? At the end of July this year, the tuner PSM Dynamic from Taiwan a few virtual pictures of a BMW M2 F87 Coupe released that could be seen. Significantly wider and beefier than the production model, the company made us hope that an extremely fat widebody version of the sporty coupe is within reach. Well, yesterday you presented the finished M2 on your own Facebook timeline and unfortunately not a lot of the planned widebody kit remained. PSM gave the M2 a lot of carbon all around, quite different from the possibilities 3D design, Hamann Motorsport or IND distribution however, those from PSM are not offered. No sign of significantly widened front fenders, and the fat side skirts with air inlets that open into a widened side wall at the rear cannot really be seen. Only the carbon diffuser looks like the one on the sketches.
Carbon body kit & more not
Completely new, on the other hand, is the carbon rear wing in GT style which, in my opinion, would have made a lot better on the virtual widebody version and the spoiler lip of the virtual version would, in my opinion, better match the current version. But who asks me (us) 😀 In the end we can only hope that there will be a stage 2 kit that still has the thick fender flares all around including side skirts ready. PSM released the M2 with carbon body kit yesterday, as already mentioned, and we are of course pleased to be able to show you the first pictures. After the rather subtle tuning cure, the M2 is optically more individual and dynamic than the production version, but we cannot see a blatant difference to the many alternatives already available.
As far as the changes to the optics or technology are concerned, we have tried to find out all the important details. But especially with the aluminum rims, we haven't really found anything in this regard. The 19-inch models look a bit like Vorsteiner or HRE, but there is no exact information yet. Everything else we got out is listed as always in the lower part of the article in a small summary for you. If you discover more changes that we have missed, please use our comment box and let us know, we will then add them to the article as soon as possible.

- subtle lowering (sport springs, coil springs, sports suspension, coilover suspension - more information is not available)
- darkened / tinted windows
- possibly a performance increase - (chip tuning, tuning box - more information is not available)
- unknown sports exhaust system (more information is not available)
- Carbon body kit (front spoiler, side skirts, diffuser, fixed rear spoiler)
- Ferrada wheels for 2 aluminum rims (machine silver / chrome, size: 19 x 9,5 & 19 x10 5)
