Chic: SlyStyle Performance Corvette C8 Stingray!

This Corvette C8 Stingray Cabriolet (EU version) from SlyStyle Performance from Krefeld we absolutely have to show you. The tuner has specialized in the refinement of US cars and on the C8 a comprehensive one tuning package installed. Of course, the in-house property immediately catches the eye Aerodynamic kit from a CFRP/GFRP combination with TÜV parts certificate all around. The kit, which by the way can mostly be installed at the OEM mounting points, includes an aggressively designed one front splitter in combination with small Side Wings, there were new ones side skirts with flashy fins and also the rear spoiler as well as the rear diffuser extensions are new.

including performance increase

The add-on parts are manufactured in a CFRP/GRP combination and can largely be installed at the OEM attachment points. And the body components are not just visual. The kit is also well thought out in terms of aerodynamics.

The body kit generates up to 50 kilograms of downforce at the front due to the Splitters and the rear spoiler attachments should even make another 80 kilograms of contact pressure possible. And there was also a classic one to go with it Naturally aspirated engine tuning. As is well known, the freely aspirating 6,2-liter V8 LT2 engine delivers 482 PS & 613 Nm of torque ex works. But by means of in-house Stage 3 performance increase with K&N high-flow air filter insert, ported 87 throttle body, edited inlet and outlet channels, One Oil catch can as well as one Grail exhaust system with EC approval including four 114 millimeter tailpipes (also as OPF delete solution for export / in preparation), there were a few horses on top. Since then, the “Vette” has accelerated from 100 to 200 km/h half a second faster than the series.

Lowering front and rear

The tuning can soon even be combined with one HP tuners Chip tuning software. And it goes on with that wheelset. Satin black ones are installed Drago One Piece from Schmidt rims in the format 9×20 inches with 255/30R20 tires at the front and in the dimensions 11,5×21 inches with 325/25R21 slippers at the rear.

Means specially for vehicles with factory Front lift system built Lowering Boots made of stainless steel, there was a lowering of around 20 millimeters on the front axle. On the rear axle, the lowering can be due to the Z51 package can be rotated downwards by up to 20 millimeters anyway. Many small components such as special top mount covers, permanently installed Jacking Points, a black Radiator stone guard made of stainless steel with honeycomb pattern or Steel braided brake lines (with part certificate) complete the tuning successfully. If we get more information about the changes, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed about this if you simply use our Feed subscribe to.
