Somehow it sounds like the terms "EcoBoost & Tuning" are mutually exclusive! So far we have not really been able to present many more highly tuned EcoBoost engines on tuningblog.eu. But this is changing from now on! We found a video for you that shows a 2015 Ford Mustang with an EcoBoost 2,3-liter four-cylinder engine that pushes over 400 hp and 400 lb-ft (542 Nm) of torque. The tuning team around FFTEC Motorsports has on this Ford Mustang made the following changes:
(Photos + video: FFTEC Motorsports)
- Tuning to 400 PS and 400 lb-ft (542 Nm) torque
- FFTEC Turbo System
- BorgWarner EFR turbo
- FFTEC EcoCore intercooler
- FFTEC charge pipe system
- FFTEC Intake System
- FFTEC downpipe
- FFTEC sports exhaust
- FFTEC's Calibration
- 94 octane gasoline
- At ~ 24PSI 410PS (uncorrected)
If we have forgotten something you notice, then just tell us in the comment box. Should we also learn in the near future, new details about this tuning conversion, we will inform you of course in this post.
