Times are changing and so are Hannes Camper's offerings. After five years in the rental business, the company threw itself into the sales business in 2023. The camper vans should be marked with "hotel room level' and thus stir up the recreational vehicle market. So far, Hannes Camper has only relied on the Citroën Jumper as the base vehicle, but from August 2023 there will be a breath of fresh air in production: the models "Hannes" and "Big Hannes" are then also built on the basis of the Opel Movano and the Fiat Ducato (180 hp) with automatic transmission.
"Hannes" & "Big Hannes"
The biggest difference to the previous models is the choice of different colors. If you choose the automatic model of the Ducato, however, you have to reckon with a surcharge of 8.300 euros. And the conversions of the panel van should primarily do one thing: to look good. The motto "Like a boutique hotel" served as inspiration. The cozy and homely look of the camper vans is created by a dimmable lighting concept, cozy furniture made from lightweight construction and high-quality textiles.
Particularly striking are the partly open, partly closed cupboards and the Privacy glass from Seitz in the form of frame windows. And attention is not only paid to style and comfort in the living area. The bathroom presents itself almost completely without plastic, but with one Real glass sink and noble Grohe fittings in matte black. "We wanted to create a feeling of home and we succeeded perfectly", says Hannes Camper Managing Director Tim Alster proudly.
Price advantage through all-inclusive equipment package
But Hannes Camper's buses shouldn't just look good, they should also be equipped with everything you need for a comfortable camping holiday. With a so-called All-in equipment package you want to be immediately ready for use. The package includes a Diesel parking heater, a Backup camera, Naviceiver multimedia technology and USB sockets throughout the vehicle. Self alloy wheels from Borbet are included in the price. Optionally one can Solar plant, 230 volt inverter , and a pop-up roof to be ordered.

The Hannes is a 6 meter camper van with transverse bed and costs from EUR 79.900 and the Big Hannes is a 6,40 meter bus with longitudinal beds and will be available from EUR 81.900. Both are developed in Slovenia in cooperation with the local manufacturer Robeta. Interested parties can view the campers by arrangement at the rental stations in Paderborn or Helmstedt, as far as we know.

The vehicles are 5,99 to 6,40 meters long, 2,05 meters wide and 2,58 meters high and weigh 3,5 tons. They can seat and sleep up to four people and are available from EUR 79.900.
