With the new generation of the Hyundai i20, Hyundai Motor is also introducing the sporty N Line equipment line for the small car for the first time. The i20 N Line, trimmed for driving fun, combines the extensive connectivity and safety functions of the third generation of the i20 with a sporty character and modified design elements outside and inside. Like the new Hyundai i20, the i20 N Line follows the new "Sensuous Sportiness" design philosophy. In the new Hyundai i20 N Line, it is also emphasized by a gray trim strip on the front bumper. The black cascade grill, whose pattern is reminiscent of a checkered racing flag, bears the N Line emblem.

In order to underline the design, which is inspired by the sporty genes of the N high-performance models, the specific add-on parts of the N Line feature striking gray accents. The smooth rear bumper improves the aerodynamics of the small car. The triangular fog lights and the chrome-plated tailpipes of the exhaust system complete the dynamic appearance of the new i20 N Line. Exclusive 17-inch alloy wheels with a two-tone finish create an unmistakable overall impression of the vehicle. Customers can choose from a total of four exterior colors: Phantom Black, Aurora Gray, Polar White and Brass. The variant in polar white can optionally be combined with a roof in phantom black. The interior of the sporty small car impresses with its sporty seats with the N logo and red decorative stitching, as well as a special N steering wheel. Other exclusive design features of the new Hyundai i20 N Line include aluminum-look pedals and a leather gear lever with red inserts and stitching and the N logo.
two power levels with 100 hp and 120 hp
For the new Hyundai i20 N Line, the 1,0 liter T-GDI engine is available in two power levels with 100 HP and 120 HP (The new Hyundai i20 N Line has not yet been homologated for the German market German national version will be available as part of the market launch). The engine's responsiveness has been designed to be sportier, making it even more fun to drive. The sound of the exhaust system matches this. In the 100 hp version, Hyundai offers the option of a 48-volt hybrid system, while the system is standard in the 120 hp version. The innovative six-speed manual transmission iMT with electronically controlled clutch is used in conjunction with this consumption-saving technology. It decouples the engine from the transmission depending on the engine speed and switches to a fuel-saving sailing mode in certain driving situations.
The new i20 N Line is factory-equipped with the new Bluelink® version, with which extended connectivity functions such as connected routing or last mile navigation are introduced. In addition, the small car with its extensive SmartSense driver assistance systems complies with the highest European safety standards. The new i20 N Line will be available in Germany from spring 2021. The prices will be communicated in good time before the market launch.
