Did Hyundai choose the Civic Type R for a battle? With the 275 PS strong Hyundai Veloster N performance concept car that the Koreans to the upcoming SEMA car show (5. Nov. 2019 - Fri, 8. Nov. 2019) at the Las Vegas Convention Center could well be accepted. Because Hyundai continues to expand the N-palette after the i30N performance and shows another idea at the Sema Show. And basically, there are many similarities to the existing model as the Veloster N, which is already available on the American market. The study of the SEMA car show comes with various performance parts, which should miss the small coupe even more momentum. And especially the rear view is reminiscent of the Honda Civic Type R as we find. Also he Veloster N Performance has a striking wing at the rear and the new body kit with front spoiler, side skirts and rear diffuser acts similarly aggressive.

In addition, the concept car is given a new H&R chassis with modified Daewon stabilizers for the front and rear axles and also a species-appropriate 6-piston brake system (Rear 4 piston) from Alcon is installed. The 380mm discs at the front and the 360mm discs at the rear are hidden behind 8 × 19 inch OZ-Racing rims with Pirelli® P-Zero Corsa (235 / 35R19) tires. There were also black tailpipe trims of a Capristo rear silencer system and some red color accents around. Inside, however, the changes are manageable. There is more Alcantara, a few splashes of paint and sports seats from Sabelt. Basically nothing that we don't know yet. And that also applies to the engine.
250 or 275 PS in the Veloster N Performance
As in the N Performance i30N, there is either the 250 PS version or the performance version with 275 PS. And now the bad news. The Veloster is not offered in this country since 2016 and that will not change even with the new top model. For that we have the 50 kilogram lighter i30 N Project C, The N version of the Veloster could certainly get popularity as we find. And maybe there is the nachgewärfte variant but still sometime with us. If we get more information soon there is of course an update for this report.
