This Lada is in a league of its own! Because here stands a with teppich related Zhiguli VAZ 21011 (we GDR children know it as a Lada) which, according to owner Georgy Makarov (Student at Moscow State Automobile Technical University) is the softest and most popular Lada in the world and also a Work of art. He calls the rolling work of art affectionately "CarPet" or "Kovrolina" and the vehicle is actually completely in Persian carpets wrapped. The owner spent two full months looking for the right carpets in Moscow shops and then another month and a half gluing them onto the Lada.
The softest Lada in the world?
The result is something that at least the owner calls “a work of art”, knowing full well that art is relative and especially subjective. Makarov presented “Kovrolina” on social media, where he called it the softest, most popular and most Soviet car at all titled. You better watch the rest in the video below! We know of course that "Beauty is always in the eye of the beholder". However, we have examined the vehicle extensively and have come to the conclusion that it definitely belongs in our tuning fail category because WE do not consider it beautiful. What is your opinion about this? Beautiful or not so beautiful? Please leave a comment here!
