One that we think most beautiful vehicles on the market is the current Mercedes-AMG SL Roadster of the R 232 series. Not only because under the wonderfully curved bonnet, in the case of the SL 63 4MATIC+, there is the well-known AMG 4,0-liter V8 with two turbochargers (M 177 DE 40 AL) and 585 PS & 800 NM, simply because of the SL all around succeeded. And of course that also applies to the SL 55 4MATIC + with 476 PS & 700 NM torque. It doesn't matter whether it's relaxed cruising on the Autobahn or a quick lap on the Nordschleife. With the SL you are always well dressed. However, the team of Manhart Performance decided to "refine" the SL a bit. And when a vehicle gets the suffix "Manhart", it usually means a bad black one Painting (Foiling) with gold stripes and significantly more horses under the hood. And the SL is no exception.
800 hp and +1.000 Nm
Curtain up for the (still) virtually tuned Manhart SL 800 R. You can probably imagine why the roadster from the German automobile manufacturer Mercedes-Benz is called that after the conversion. Of course, because Manhart Performance plans, the SL 63 full 800 PS to give on the way. That's why the 4,0-liter V8 with two turbochargers still sits under the hood, but after the conversion it's different Turbo (in-house turbo performance kit) and a new one joins them Intercooler as well as a high quality Carbon-sucking. Also, of course, there is a special Chip tuning software, which coordinates all new components. In a first posting on his website, Manhart Performance speaks of a leap in performance 800 PS and over 1.000 Newton meters Torque.
MANHART Concave One rims
The concentrated power goes to Manhart-specific by means of a nine-speed automatic transmission (AMG Speedshift MCT 9G). forged wheels about, of the known type MANHART Concave One in black and with PinStripe in gold. In addition, the virtually tuned SL is also a few millimeters lowered and also got a black one radiator grill as well as one Manhart lettering on the windshield. And as always, the tuner from Wuppertal has other additional options to refine the Interiortransported by the Exterior and the Technology planned.
