Refiner Hofele-Design has taken on the current Mercedes-AMG G63 G-Class (w463a). And typically Hofele, the changes are subtle as usual, if you can even speak of them in view of a G63. A striking feature is a new front apron with "Dark Shadow" chrome elements and the factory radiator grille is replaced by the HOFELE design radiator grille with chrome and carbon fiber components. Another was built in the roof area in front, directly above the windshield, one roofcurb with LED projector lights that should provide even better illumination of the road. The side section is underlined by automatically extendable Go steps over the entire length of the vehicle and even integrated the tailpipes of the side pipe sports exhaust system.

the steps - patented system

We have never seen this solution before. Other providers either omit the steps completely or have shortened models installed. The variant of Hofele-Design is certainly the most elegant and the best in terms of idea as we find it. Fortunately, the tuner also had the system patented directly, because a lot of imitators should be pre-programmed here. And optionally, the rear doors can be opened at a larger angle to ensure even easier entry. Other changes to the body are fender flares in the fine carbon fiber and the rear apron has been subtly refined with small carbon components and a diffuser attachment. The optical highlight at the rear is likely to be the chic carbon spare wheel cover with the design of an aluminum rim. And of course the wheelset is not standard.

All-round powerful 24-inch model on the G63 AMG

Hofele installed an in-house forged variant in 24 inches on the exhibition vehicle to consistently fill out the slightly widened wheel arches. And the interior has also been extensively buttoned up. Hofele changed the principle with 5 seats and instead installed a third row of seats and removed the middle seat in the second row. It should of course be clear that the last row of seats is intended for children and of course significantly reduces the trunk space. However, the last row of seats can be removed quickly so that the entire trunk volume is available again. And the cabin is clearly lined with Hofele BESPOKE Special leather in "Berry Red" with unique and modern embroidery patterns. There is also a successful contrast in anthracite Alcantara, for example on the A / B / C pillars or the headliner and the backrests of the seats are also covered with it. There are also many carbon components, which perfectly round off the so-called “Sport” styling concept. If we receive information on further changes in a timely manner, there will of course be an update for this report. You will be informed about this if you simply use our Feed subscribe to.
