MANHART Performance yesterday published the first virtual images of the so-called MHZ4 500 based on the new BMW Z4 of the G29 model series. And here the name should be the program. For the current top model M40i, we expect an increase in performance from 340 PS & 500 NM to about 500 PS and an estimated 700 NM torque. In terms of performance, the third generation would tie in with the spectacular Manhart Racing BMW Z4 M V10 (E85) which sent an impressive 550 hp to the rear wheels. Visually, the MHZ4 500 is of course in the typical Manhart style. For the front there is a spoiler sword and small attachments for the air intakes and at the rear, the roadster has a sporty, aggressive rear diffuser and a small spoiler lip for the tailgate.
about 500 PS should be feasible
The virtually installed wheel set is the well-known Manhart Concave-One forged rims, which are estimated to be 21 inches and, thanks to subtle lowering, perfectly fill the wheel arches. And the increase in performance is audible with a specially adapted sports exhaust system with carbon tailpipes and, on request, there is a foil with typical Manhart accents in gold / black and the emblems of the tuner from Wuppertal front & rear.
