We've had it before or right? I agree! Just under a year ago we brought you the matt black foiled BMW X5M F85 in Darth Vader look on one set Z-Performance Wheels ZP.Nine alloy wheels presented, and thus probably one of the most extreme X5 shown that we have seen on tuningblog so far. But now the rim label goes back to the market and presents the X5 for the year 2018 on a new ZP.FORGED 12 wheelset. Last year, 21 Zöller had to submit 22 inch formats and here too there are hardly any color accents.
A little bit of color is still in the game. The eyecatcher of the black / black combination is the "Exposed Hardware" cable gland in chic blue. But this becomes visible only at second glance, but it definitely has its effect. By the way, the front axle of the X5 is equipped with 10,5 × 22-inch rims with 285 / 30R22er Pirelli Scorpion Zero tires and the rear axle is allowed to carry huge 12 × 22 inch rims with 325 / 25er soles. So that the wheelset sits extremely compact in the wheel well, of course, also a lowering.
So the owner decided and owner by Z-Performance Wheels to install a KW variant 3 coilover kit and keep the SUV only theoretically off-road capable. The rest is almost unchanged compared to last year, which means that the X5 is still wrapped in a matt black Avery full wrap and the front still has the RKP composite carbon front spoiler lip. From the same manufacturer is also the carbon rear diffuser and the carbon mirror flaps.
And with a handle in the M performance program there were still shiny black kidneys and gills that underline the evil appearance. Other changes include tinted OSSdesigns main headlights (with ICON graphics) and LED daytime running lights, dark fog lights, black taillights and reflectors as well as completely tinted windows all around. And even under the bonnet, more than enough has been done because the black bullet catapults its occupants with 750 PS & 1.000 Nm torque at sports car level towards 300 km / h.
The soundscape is underlined by a FI-Exhaust sports exhaust system with carbon tailpipes and flap control and a chip tuning and other modifications from the house Gorilla Performance which allows the full power plus.
