Even decades after its presentation, the Porsche 356A, whether coupé or speedster, is one of the most beautiful vehicles in Porsche's long history. One hears again and again that Porsche fans cannot decide to sell a 70s Carrera while others would do anything to get their hands on a 959, for example. We believe, however, that nobody would mind if a rare 356A was in the garage. Because in a sense everything started with him! And it is still one of the most beautiful vehicles in the automotive world. And that of course contributes to the fact that the attractiveness of the 356 and its prices remain high. However, this mostly only applies to standard Vehicles! And this copy is certainly not in series, but a so-called Restomod conversion.

So a visually old vehicle with newer technology. The most striking feature is the central sports exhaust system, which was never available from the factory on the 356. It comes from an unknown Carrera model. This means that the 356 is no longer a typical collector's dream, but it has undergone a careful restoration process to return it to its original condition. Just as a well-disguised Restomod with more amenities than the OEM version from 65 years ago. Of course, converting a classic instead of a replica is always a bit questionable and even frowned upon by many. In our opinion, the way in which this was implemented for this vehicle is extremely tasteful and special discreet implemented. Fortunately, it did not have an electric drive and even ultra-modern aluminum rims cannot be seen. So it could be a lot worse! There is a light brown fabric top and a painted in body color - and extremely rare - OEM hardtop in addition.

Incidentally, it looks like the four-speed manual transmission has stayed in place. A modern disc brake system now ensures improved deceleration, and the 356A uses adjustable dampers and new stabilizers for the chassis. However, the components are not visible! What is visible are the classic rims, which in this case are made of magnesium, there were yellow fog lights, new air inlets at the rear, slightly modified aprons and an elegantly modified cabin. There is a beautiful aluminum steering wheel and a leather interior in the New condition. And there is even a second engine for the vehicle, which is specially designed for racing. What more do you want?
