After countless photos and videos of prototypes of the new RS3 (8Y) are already circulating on the internet, and even Audi has already teased the top model of the current A3 series with 5-cylinder, we would like to show you that the predecessor is still an extremely hot topic. And the ultimate example comes in the form of this Alcantara carbon dream from the team of PS saddlery. The 400 PS & 480 Nm compact with 7-speed S tronic transmission and all-wheel drive actually has a handsome and high-quality interior ex works. But the customization of this passenger compartment is a different matter. The PS upholstery shop from Bergkamen gave the Sportback a unique, full range of equipment Alcantara (Color code # 9002) and Carbon.

Let's start with the many Carbon. It shows up on the interior trim on the dashboard, the center console, the door panels, the back shells of the front seats, on the gearshift lever and even on the inside mirror. And there is also a lot of high quality Alcantara.

Not only the sports seats including consoles, the rear seat bench or the door panels are new upholstered, but also the complete dashboard and the A / B / C-pillars up to the headliner including the sun visors are now equipped with Alcantara. And because it was so nice, you got to grips with the Side sill and the parcel shelf employed. Even a starry sky with more than 700 micro-LEDs, which sparkle and / or change color on request, is built into the RS3.

But our personal eye-catcher is the completely refined Audi sports steering wheel. Here, too, there is a lot of carbon and Alcantara and of course red stitching. The PS saddlery calls the upgrade the "PSS Evo X steering wheel conversion". It convinces in a practical way with shapely modeling and contours and of course the RS-typical flattening on the underside.

But the steering wheel also has something special to show for it. Because it has additional buttons from the R8 With which the garage door opener, the start / stop system, the driving dynamics system drive select and the flap control of the exhaust system can be operated in this RS 3. More details like that Badge on the dashboard or the ABT doormats complete the interior. But that's not all. Because even Exterior there have been a few successful changes. For example one foiling from Tysson in matt black with red accents and by the way an extensive tuning package from ABT Sportsline.

The ABT kit consists of one front spoiler attachment, an essay for the radiator grill and an rear apron trim. The most striking feature here is clearly the 8,5 × 20 inches ABT Sport GR20 aluminum in the glossy black finish with slippers in the format 235 / 30ZR20, which by means of ABT suspension springs as -Sport stabilizers sit perfectly in the wheel arch.
