With its 5l displacement, the BMW X4,4M produces 555hp and 680NM torque ex works and is considered one of the most powerful engines of the Munich-based automotive group. If this performance is not enough for you, the tuning company Special Concepts can increase the performance of the X5M to 686PS and 860NM torque.

The company from Saxony installs modified downpipes, which means you replace the original exhaust pipes with downpipes with a larger diameter, and thus already achieve an enormous increase in power and torque. The reason for this is that the modified downpipes reduce the dynamic pressure and thus produce a noticeable improvement in driving characteristics, and this without interfering with the vehicle electronics.

As if that weren't enough, Special Concepts has optimized the vehicle electronics using adapted software and ultimately achieved an output of 686PS and 860NM torque. For such a "thick ship", that's pretty good.
