The Thai tuner Autowerks Bangkok presented a modified Audi R8 V10 on its website this week, which uses Stage 2 tuning to deliver 600 PS & 580 NM torque to all four wheels. Compared to the series, with 525 PS & 530 NM, this means a significant plus of 75 PS & 50 NM torque. This means that the "old" model has only 10 HP less than the current 4S V10 plus 5.2 FSI top model and in terms of torque there are even 20 NM more at the start. In terms of performance, this should mean at least a tie. The increase in performance is achieved using Mcchip-DKR chip tuning software and a BMC CRF carbon intake system. And the high-quality Armytrix Exhaust sports exhaust system also contributes to the increased performance. And the chassis was also taken care of and a KW HLS 4 hydraulic lift system was installed, which in conjunction with KW dampers provides more ground clearance at the push of a button.
With the HLS system, it is possible to raise the front axle, or both axles, by a maximum of 45 mm, which is a huge advantage, especially when entering parking garages or on bad roads. The system is available as a complete solution, including a KW coilover kit, or as a retrofit kit. Another advantage is the possibility of lifting the body up to a speed of 80 km / h and that within 4-5 seconds.
