Highly visible: Toxic foiling on the 2019 Chevrolet Camaro!

At least for 2020, which is already four months old, this is our craziest vehicle yet! A current Chevrolet Camaro 2SS model year 2019, which was the absolute eye-catcher at the last SEMA Auto Show. Originally painted in plain black, there is currently nothing left of it. The reason is the crazy foiling of the American team Protective Film Solutions which let the Camaro become the "Toxic_Camaro19" project. While you don't have to explain much about the foiling, the other components installed on the vehicle are by no means immediately apparent and therefore worth mentioning. Because the Camaro has a comprehensive range of modifications such as a C7 carbon front splitter, a powerful bonnet from Anderson Composites, ZL1 carbon side skirts and a fixed carbon rear wing from the ZL1 1LE.

HRE-Performance Wheels forged wheels

And then there is the beefy wheelset. HRE-Performance Wheels forged wheels in the format 20 × 10 inches at the front and 20 × 11 inches at the rear are installed, which in addition to their black paintwork also received light green accents and green tire stickers. And the Camaro is unmistakably extremely low. This is made possible by an Air Lift Performance air suspension that lowers the muscle car towards the road or raises it to an acceptable level for driving again at the push of a button using a 3P management system. And a lot has happened in the cabin too. For example, a new steering wheel with extended shift paddles and 12 o'clock marking has been installed, there was a carbon gear lever, a green powder-coated 4-point roll cage and also sports seats with 5-point racing belts and completely tinted windows. In general, there are many green accents in the cabin based on the spectacular appearance on the outside.

significant increase in performance for the V8

And based on the brute look, the 6,2-liter V8 engine was also taken care of. Here, for example, new camshafts were installed, there were ceramic-coated manifolds and a melodious Borla sports exhaust system and an E85 Flex fuel system. In combination with a specially adapted chip tuning, the engine now delivers between 500 and 550 hp “on the bike”. So that should be in the range of 600 HP engine power. The changes are impressively rounded off with small details such as the cool red towing eye or the new carbon mirror caps. We have listed an overview of further changes for you below. If we receive information on further changes in a timely manner, there will of course be an update for this report. You will be informed of this if you simply use ours Feed subscribe to.
