Have you ever heard of the Toyota Alphard? So one is already on tuningblog.eu 19 inch Lorinser rims turned up, but that was it. What the VW T6 Bus is in Germany & Europe is the Alphard in countries like Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia or even Russia. Toyota offers its luxurious van as a 7 or 8-seater and equips it with a 2,4 or 3,0 liter petrol engine. In terms of equipment, the Japanese bus comes with three different equipment lines called Alphard G, Alphard V and Alphard Hybrid. So much for the base vehicle! The magazine Hawk'n'Poke from Indonesia has now discovered a tuned Toyota Alphard with Wald International Bodykit which I think would have good optics in Europe. Away from vehicles like that Rowen International Toyota 200 Hiace 4 or even that Toyota Prius CX shows the Bodykit of Wald Internationale that from Japan a visually competitive vehicle for ABT Sportsline T6 or a Larte Design Mercedes V-Class can come.
Whether the Toyota can keep up with the German pedants in terms of quality, workmanship or drive is left open at this point. Incidentally, the Wald Internationale body kit consists of a front spoiler for the front bumper, new side skirts, a rear apron attachment and a roof spoiler and looks quite coherent and suitable. The Alphard is rounded off with a silver 22-inch wheel set which also comes from Wald Internationale and goes by the name "Illima". If we look at the distance between the upper edge of the tire and the wheel arch, we can assume that the van has also been lowered, but unfortunately we do not have any further information. Incidentally, the vehicle is not a Wald Internationale promo vehicle, but it was put on the wheels by a private tuning screwdriver who wanted to individualize his Alphard. Of course, there is at least one workshop in the background that made the changes for this vehicle too, that's clear!
What do you think of the Japanese Multivan? All in all, the vehicle can certainly be seen and certainly should also speak in terms of purchase price a lot for the Japanese. What we have learned we have listed below for you in a summary.
