This BR75 off-roader from Direct Cars has everything you could wish for in a motorhome, including air conditioning. The vehicle comes from the Japanese company DirectCars and is called BR75 SUV Adventure Camper. The conversion is based on a Toyota Hilux with double cab and the area of the loading area is used for the camping structure. In addition, the Hilux has a longer overhang and an aerodynamically shaped extension of the cabin. As a result, there is room for up to five passengers in the camper, with 2 adults and 2 children remaining in the rear and one person in the cabin. The design of the rear attachment is matched to the donor vehicle, which in this case is the robust GR Sport version of the Hilux at a hunt.

A cool feature is that the living area is also accessible from the interior, in addition to the door on the side and the large tailgate. The compartment at the back has a chic ambience, which is created by various wood paneling, a tiled floor and elegant lighting. There is a large dining area with a fold out table and two bench seats and the opening part of the roof allows for standing.

In addition, a lot of light gets inside. The dining area converts into a double bed measuring 2.300mm long for adults and a second fold-out bed measuring 1.660mm long is located just above the cabin. It can accommodate two children. There is also a window on each side and numerous storage compartments.

There is even a fully-fledged air conditioning system in the rear area. In this way, the optimal temperature can be set regardless of the weather conditions. Incidentally, the system is integrated under the rear apron. All comfort features can be remotely controlled via a touch panel. And of course there is also a small bathroom. In the form of a small second room in the rear, with a shower, waterproof floor with drain, washbasin, mirror, extendable counter and additional storage compartments. And the bathroom is accessible from inside and outside. All functions can also be operated independently. This is made possible by a second 200 Ah battery and 200 W solar cells mounted on the roof. The BR75 is equipped with an 85 liter water tank, a 20 liter drinking water tank and a 45 liter waste water tank.

In addition to various sockets in the living area, there are also two external sockets in the rear for electronic devices. And Direct Cars has even built a small trailer from the Hilux's OEM rear platform, which can be taken along by the BR75 if desired. So you can take even more luggage and equipment with you. The trailer can be fitted with aftermarket parts developed for the Hilux.

The cheaper model is based on the Toyota Hilux Z and starts at €77.766 and the full-featured model is based on the Hilux GR Sport starts at €88.132.
