Almost simultaneously with the TRD Sport 2022 Toyota 4Runner Toyota has that too 2022 Tacoma TRD Pro presented. And that is now showing as real almost 2 years after the last lift Off-road truck. It is available in a striking lime green (Electric Lime Green) and with a powerful Höherlegung ex works for improved off-road performance. Exclusively for the TRD Pro, the paintwork is extremely conspicuous for a pickup. In view of the rather boring color palette, this is definitely a successful change. However, there is also an alternative Super White, Magnetic Gray Metallic and Midnight Black Metallic. And clearly there were even more changes. The Tacoma is decorated with a black one Scoop on the hood, there are new ones graphics and the rear bumper, the Door handles and the Mirror covers are painted in body color. The TRD Pro also has a something wider track and stands on new, black lacquered Rims, with Goodyear Territory all-terrain tires.

And inside? There are a few TRD Pro goodies in the form of another one shift knob, All-weather floor mats and even a heated steering wheel with leather cover is installed. The main upgrade is the changed one Suspension, through Höherlegung there is an additional ground clearance on the front axle 38,1 mm and in the back there are still 12,7 mm. In addition, Toyota installed new upper ones Wishbone, so that Fox damper have the opportunity to use the additional spring travel. And Toyota improved that too Approach angle on 36,4 and 24,7 degrees, respectively. The tilt angle is included 26,6 degree and is therefore also slightly improved. The 3,5 liter V6 petrol engine however, remains unchanged. However, the engine is now attached to one TRD cat-back exhaust system.
