From Houston in the United States comes a new project. The team of TruFiber has released a current Ford Mustang GT S197 there, including the Sema Auto Show 2019 (Date: Tue, 5. Nov. 2019 - Fri, 8. Nov. 2019) will be seen. Of course we do not want to wait until November of this year, but of course we will show you the Mustang already now. The absolute highlight is, of course, the new carbon bonnet with huge Powerdome in the style of the American Nascars. It alone provides a completely new style, but is supported by further changes. For example, there would be the carbon grille and the, now radiating in black galloping Mustang. There was also a carbon front splitter and also at the rear something has been done.

Here you install a fixed carbon rear spoiler, a carbon license plate and an aggressive carbon diffuser. All this is visually rounded off with the paint in orange (orange fury metallic) as well as the many carbon / black accents. In contrast to previous vehicles from TruFiber you have dispensed with the current copy incidentally on a widebody kit. In our opinion a good decision because not always the attached fender flares are suitable. With regard to the 6 spoke wheel set in glossy black as well as the extreme lowering, the changes to the body are absolutely sufficient. And sufficient it should also be under the hood. Although we do not have exact data, we know that the built-in Vortech compressor kit helped the old model with 421 PS to strong 630 PS.

The current variant with factory 450 PS & 529 NM should probably allow a little more. In combination with the 10-speed automatic, there is probably enough power to come extremely close to the 4-second mark when sprinting to 100 km / h. And if you remove the electronic limitation of the top speed, there should probably still be some air beyond 300 km / h. Definitely everything in this vehicle is acoustically impressively supported. At the rear there is a sports exhaust system with four large tailpipes. Perfect!
