Toyota GR86 with tuning parts directly from the factory!

At the Essen Motor Show in early December, Toyota is presenting its sports coupé that has been upgraded with high-quality accessories from well-known partners. All parts are now available direct from Toyota dealers, allowing those interested to upgrade their GR86 accordingly. The Bilstein coilovers B14 or B16 give the GR86 even more agility and stability in curves. In addition, the vehicle can be lowered individually according to customer preferences. With the Bilstein B16, track riders have the opportunity to develop their own personal shock absorber setup: the rebound and compression stages of the shock absorbers can be quickly and easily adjusted in parallel using an aluminum adjustment wheel with noticeable clicks.

For an even sharper look, J-Sport has launched a complete aerodynamic program for the GR86. The package of front spoiler corners, rear spoiler, side skirts and rear skirt attachments fits seamlessly into the sporty, elegant lines of the production vehicle and optimizes the aerodynamics. The package generates 45 kilograms of downforce on the rear axle and ten kilograms on the front axle (reference 200 km/h) and thus significantly improves handling, especially at high speeds.

Milltek's performance exhaust system gives the GR86 a sporty, deep sound. With the various tailpipe variants - from carbon to matt black ceramic coating to flamed titanium blue - every driver can give his sports coupe an individual look. The exhaust systems are handcrafted in small numbers in Great Britain, are registration-free and can be easily restored to the standard condition if required. Toyota is exhibiting a model of the GR86 with the complete accessory package at the Essen Motor Show, which takes place from December 3rd to 11th (Preview Day: December 2nd). The athlete can be seen at the Lackas Rhein Ruhr GmbH stand (Hall 3, Stand 3A16) and at Milltek (Hall 6, Stand 6A18).

The PS Festival in the Ruhrpott is taking place for the 54th time this year and inspires its audience with sports cars, tuning & lifestyle, motor sports and classic cars. A colorful mix of new production models, sporty vintage cars and tuning exotics can be found in nine halls. The show also includes numerous sales stands with fan articles, vehicle parts, merchandise and accessories. If we get more information, there is of course an update for this report. About Thomas Wachsmuth

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
