As one of the first tuners ever, the American team from Vorsteiner a "correction" for the front end of the G80 BMW M3 and the technically identical G82 M4 at the start. The changed look was presented a good year ago on PSI M3 project vehicle for SEMA 2021. There was a new one grille insert, which effectively bisects the controversial kidneys horizontally to make them look like two smaller individual pieces. Whether that was successful or not is of course a matter of taste.

But in addition to the other kidneys, Vorsteiner also developed other exterior parts to "improve" the appearance of the M3. And the full set was on display at the recently concluded SEMA 2022 Show in Las Vegas. Of course, the modified radiator grille was also installed on the SEMA vehicle, which slightly defused the standard kidneys as one of the most controversial designs in the history of BMW.

The correction by Vorsteiner divides the radiator grille into two halves at first glance and the new look is supported by a sporty one front lip below the M apron. It visually lowers the front end of the M3 and makes it appear more aggressive than before. The design allows for a transition to the Vorsteiner side skirts and the aggressive rear diffuser also comes from the tuner from California (11621 MARKON DR, GARDEN GROVE, CA 92841). The components are made entirely of carbon and each have small ones winglets.

And for the tailgate you can even choose between two different spoilers. One of them is a big, fixed one rear wing, which is nice to look at up close, but more or less more in line with the M4. And the second variant is a significantly smaller version of a classic one spoiler in "CS" style. Of course, this is all a matter of taste, but we find the latter variant more suitable for the M3 Limo.

And last but not least are the built-in ones Accessory rims important with regard to the overall package with which the project car was equipped. Specifically, these are in-house VMP305 rims in 20 inch format, with a satin dark copper finish. The multi-part forged wheels are made of T6-6061 aluminum, which is also used in aerospace and medical technology. As far as we know, the rims are even TÜV-tested, which we cannot say with certainty at the moment with regard to the body kit. The SEMA-M3 was rounded off with a subtle Lowering and an Sports exhaust system with black tailpipes. If we get more information about the changes, there is of course an update for this report.
