With more than 21,5 million built vehicles from 1938 to 2003, including over 15 million "Made in Germany", the Beetle has secured a permanent place in automotive history. And the enthusiasm for the Beetle is unbroken worldwide and shows itself in many different forms. In the UK, for example, there is a community that shares their Beetles with compressor systems upgrades. The YouTube channel "Compressor House / VW Aircooled Superchargers“ is dedicated to the topic and in one of the latest videos shows a Beetle with a supercharger during a performance test.
