(6) Driving schools, boat schools, flight schools and similar facilities may be opened to the public or may offer their services,

Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

Which regulations currently apply to driving schools?
Since January 11, 2021, theoretical driving school lessons in attendance have been prohibited (Section 14a of the Corona Ordinance). Saarland

Theoretical and practical driving school lessons in face-to-face form are prohibited. Practical driving tests are only possible if they are measures in accordance with SGB II or SGB III.

Driving school lessons in face-to-face form are only permitted for driver training in the truck and bus driver license classes and for members of the volunteer fire brigade, rescue service or comparable facilities.

In addition, the responsible local police authority may also allow driving school training measures in justified cases. These exceptional cases exist if the impossibility of driving school lessons threatens to result in a significant disadvantage for the person concerned, a company or an organization, or if practical lessons are necessary to maintain practical driving skills or to avoid exam jams.

Since February 25, driving license tests have been permitted for those who were ready for the test by December 18, 2020. The whole thing is independent of the regulations in Article 3, Chapter 3, Section 7 Paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Ordinance to Combat the Corona Pandemic.

Sachsen-Anhalt

March 9, 2021: Update on lessons in driving schools

The existing exemption for driving school operations will be effective from March 8, 2021 expanded by Section 4 (4) No. 7 of the 10th SARS-CoV-2-EindV.
